Privacy note
LotLog is an early public beta from Tyrian Studio.
Before the log opens, you enter an email and confirm this note. That address, the app name (tyrian-lotlog), the time, and the source “email-gate” are saved on this device so you are not asked again. If the signup endpoint is reachable, the same row is also stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. If the endpoint is down, the address stays only on this device and the log still opens.
Lot book
Products, lots, Shopify orders, customer names, and allocations stay in IndexedDB in this browser. They are not uploaded. A JSON backup is something you download yourself. Erasing the log, or clearing site data, removes them.
Payments
Plus is priced at $15 a month. This build does not send anything to Stripe and does not collect a card. An upgrade click records an intent in local storage and unlocks Plus on this device only.
What we do not do
We count page views and API calls without cookies: each one is logged with the page, referrer, country, and an anonymous daily hash. Raw IP addresses are not stored. No advertising pixels, no sale of the email list, and no connection to your Shopify admin.
